区域性教育科研实践策略的研究与思考

摘    要:针对区域教育发展要求和教师专业发展实际需求,论述了改革的策略:在区域教育科研观念的开放与创新方面,提出了着力四个注重,实现四种追求;在区域教育科研管理的规范与发展方面,提出了创建四种机制,发挥四个作用;在区域教育科研实践的创新尝试方面,提出了开展四项研究,统筹四种关系等观点。指出沈阳市大东区教师进修学校在"十一五"期间,探索并实践了课题前移,重心下移,草根式科研,让一线教师在教育科研中体验教育的真善美的科研模式,有效地促进了区域教师队伍整体素质的提升。

Abstract:On the basis of the requirements for the development of regional education and the practical needs of teacher professional development,the concept of opening up regional educational research and innovation is discussed and the four proposed focuses and achieving the four pursuits are put forward.Regional educational research and management standardization and development are discussed and creating four kinds of mechanism and playing four roles are put forward.The practice of regional education and scientific research innovative attempt is discussed and the four studies carried out to coordinate the relationship between the perspectives of four are put forward.It is pointed out that during the period of "Eleventh Five Year Plan",the subject forward,center of gravity down,root-type research are explored and practiced to let front-line teachers experience beauty in education research model effective in promoting the region to enhance the overall quality of regional teachers.
