| 摘 要： | 那种认为知识产权行政保护应当弱化和退出的思路，即不符合知识（产权保护的现实需求，也不符合产权领域国际规范化的发展趋势。新技术革命和知识经济的呼唤着知识产权行政保护制度的创新；必须转变观念、调整机制、健全规范、完善制度，大力强化知识产权的行政保护。

| Abstract: | The misconcept thatthe governmental protection of knowledge property should be weakened or abolished is neither in conformity with protective reality of knowledeg proterty nor with The developing tendanly of international regulations concerning with Knowledge property.Neotechnological revolution and knowledge econonrg call for the System innoration in governmental protection of Knowledge property.To strengthen the governmental protection of knowledge property,our ideas should be renwed,mechanism adjusted,regulation reformed and system innovated. |
