| 摘 要： | 为了加强中小学校体育卫生工作，积极推进素质教育，综合运用各类调查法和文献资料法对西安市中小学校运动场地设施进行全面调查和实证描述，对存在问题及发展对策进行深入分析和探讨．建议大力推进学校体育的基础建设，改善办学条件．新建学校的体育设施必须严格按照国家标准进行，在城市学校比较集中的地方逐步建立中小学体育活动中心，社会体育场馆应该安排一定的时间免费向学生开放．

| Abstract: | Purpose: to enhance the primary and middle school physical education and hygiene, to push quality-oriented education. Method: to make full use of various inquisition methods and the documentation method to investigate the existing primary and middle school sports ground to find out the problems and the countermeasures. Findings and main suggestion: among 2700s primary and middle school in Xi'an city, not a school's sports field can reach the standard and a few schools' sports ground is becoming smaller and smaller. Because of lacking in the sports field, many schools try to offer all kinds of physical activities, strengthen students' physical endowment. Strengthening basic physical facilities and improving schoolyard are suggested . Newly-built schools' facilities must meet the requirements of the national standard; the school in the city should gradually set up physical activity centers, and the stadium should be open free to the students at fixed intervals. |
