乒乓球锻炼频率对大学生心理健康水平的影响

摘    要:通过对在校经常参加乒乓球锻炼的大学生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)的问卷调查,发现他们的心理健康水平不仅与国内常模间存在一定的差异,还受到了锻炼的周频率、性别、年级因素的影响,由此可见,体育锻炼对提高学生心理健康水平有一定的积极作用。

Abstract:This paper held a SCL-90 questionnaire on university students who often take part in playing pingpang,then found that not only their psychological healthy level has a certain difference with the domestic normal standard among college students,but it is influenced by the week-frequency of their training,sexual differences and their grades as well.Then we can draw a conclusion that the physical trainings and exercises play a positive and active role in improving college students' psychological healthy level.This study provides a valuable reference on the reform of sports education.
