| 摘 要： | 中高职教育衔接是构建具有中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系的重要途径。在论述高职教育衔接的必要性的基础上，分析了中高职教育衔接中存在的主要问题，同时提出了中高职教育衔接的有效对策：改革招生入学考试制度，完善职教人才成长渠道；建立健全课程的有效衔接，加快构建现代职教体系；创新管理体制机制，保证职业教育有序发展；进一步完善配套政策体系，不断提高职业教育人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The connection between secondary and higher vocational education is the important way to construct the modern vocational educational system with Chinese characteristics and world level. On the basis of discussing the necessity of secondary and higher vocational connection, the paper analyses the main problems in the connection, and puts forward the effective strategies： reforming the admission entrance exam system, perfecting the talents growth channel; constructing the effective connection of courses, improving the modern vocational education system; innovating the management mechanism, guaranteeing the order development of vocational education; further improve the supporting policies system, and constantly improve the quality of vocational education personnel training. |
