| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段学报理论具有极强的学术性和极高的专业性、学报管理具有较高的计划性、编辑工作具有较高的封闭性、编辑主体的市场意识淡薄等特点，本着发挥其比较优势、改善其劣势的原则，作提出新时期学报发展的对策：发挥学报的比较优势，利用其学术性为各行各业服务；改革和完善学报管理体制；促进学报编辑工作现代化；尽快实现编辑主体现代化。

| Abstract: | Based on the present situation in which university journals are experiencing a stage of academic orientation, professionalization, plan of the management, and the limit of editorial work and less market orientation from editors. On the basis of the principle of bring into play the comparative advantage and bettering the disadvantages, the author of this essay proposes a suggestion that university journals should realize their comparative advantages, utilize their academic function to serve all walks of lie, innovate and improve their management systems, and promote the modernization of both the editorial work and the editors themselves. |
