| 摘 要： | 在汶川地震灾区教育信息化政策的引领下汶川地震灾区教育信息化获得了前所未有的发展机遇.从青川县、汶川县、茂县等重灾区田野考察中,笔者发现汶川地震灾区教育信息化政策在实施过程中凸显出灾区教育信息化政策取向上遭遇两难问题、灾区教育信息化政策议程缺乏、灾区教育信息化政策内容较宏观、体系不健全等.在分析存在问题的基础上,提出了制定切实可行的政策发展模式、构建系统的评估和反馈机制等政策性建议.

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of Educational information policy in Earthquake-stricken Areas of Wenchuan, educational information in these areas gains unprecedented opportunities for development. This paper implements fieldwork in these severely stricken areas, Qingchuan, Wenchuan, Mao Country, and finds some implementing issues of educational informational policy in these areas. For instance, the policy is encountering dilemma in the orientation and being lacking of policy agenda; the policy content is being macroscale and their system not perfect. Based on the analysis of existing problems, this paper proposes that the practical policy development model should be formulated and a system of assessment and feedback mechanisms should be built. |
