| 摘 要： | 米歇尔·福柯提出的权利话语理论为翻译研究提供了新的理论与实践方法。翻译工作不是纯粹的文本信息转换,而是一种复杂的受权力话语影响的产物。政治文献英译作为对外文化输出的重要部分,也深受权力话语的影响。

| Abstract: | Michel Foucauh＇ s power discourse theory provides a new theoretical perspective and study method to translation studies. Translation is not pure text information conversion, but a kind of complex product affected by the power dis- course. As an important part of cultural output, the C-E translation of political text is also under the influence of power discourse. |
