Abstract:This paper explores the effect of heavy - load training on some physiological & biochemical and immune indexes of tennis athletes. Eight mate elite tennis athletes were selected as subject s and the changes of Hb, CK, BUN, LDH, IgA, IgG, IgM, WBC, CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , CD4+ /CD8 + were observed. The result shows that, firstly, Hb has down - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while CK, BUN, LDH has up - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; secondly, IgA, IgG, IgM has clown - regulated significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) with no significantly difference of WBC (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; thirdly, CD4 + and CD4+/CD8+ has significant up -regulated and down- regulated separately( P 〈 0. 05 ). It is concluded that a period of heavy - load training has effected on physiological & biochemical indexes and immune function of tennis athletes to a certain extent.
