| 摘 要： | 作者立于全球竞争的宏观高度，论述了世界商战与国家经济安全的相关问题，全文分为两大部分，即 1、世界商战的实质是情报战，集中表现为经济情报战、专利争夺战、技术反销战、金融炒作战和信息网络战等；2、世界商战的前提是确保国家经济安全，并从情报研究的角度提出五条对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | In this article the author discusses the problems concerning global commercial war and national economic security from a macroscopical point of view based on the global competition The article falls into two parts:1 The essence of global commercial war is intelligence war,chiefly including the war of economic intelligence,the are of scrambling for patents,technical war against marketing,the war of money market and the war of information network 2 Ensuring national economic security is the prerequisite to the global commercial war and five countermeasures are put forward from the angle of intelligence study |
