摘    要:幼儿教师评价与专业化发展息息相关,幼儿教师专业发展的方向、专业化的水平都取决于幼儿教师评价的科学有效,而评价的内容与方法同时也受教师专业发展水平的制约,不同的专业发展水平其评价的内容与方法也应该有所不同。

Abstract:Preschool teachers' evaluation is closely linked to their professional improvement.The scientificity and effectiveness determine the direction of preschool teachers' major development and their professional level.The contents and methods of evaluation are subject to the teachers' professional levels and should be adapted in terms of them.
