| 摘 要： | 图书馆倡导与实施信息资源共享，目的是扭转信息资源分配不均、提高信息资源的获取和利用率、获取更大的公共利益。在信息资源共享中，图书馆维护知识产权个人利益，并注重个人利益与社会利益的协调；图书馆信息资源共享还有着丰富的知识产权制度蕴含。因此，图书馆具有促进信息资源共享与知识产权保护和谐统一的功能价值。
