| 摘 要： | 我国体育志愿服务目前尚处于起步阶段,其理论研究远远滞后于实践的需求,导致体育志愿服务实践的不可持续性.采用中外文献资料查阅和体育公共服务理论分析的方法,以理性选择理论、社会资本理论和治理理论为视角,对我国体育志愿服务存在的问题在理论上进行多维度的解读.认为:体育志愿服务的持续性是以体育志愿者的理性选择为基础,社会资本发展则体育志愿服务发达,体育志愿服务必须以组织的形式进行. |

| Abstract: | The China sport s volunteer service is still in it s infancy , whose theoretical researches lag behind , which makes t he volunteer service inconsistent . In t his paper , problems existing in the China volunteer service are discussed t hrough rational choice t heory , social capital t heory and governance t heory. It is held t hat t he sustainable development of t he sport s volunteer service is based on rational choice of t he sport s volunteer s. While t he social capital is well developed , t he sport s volunteer service is advanced. And t he sport s volunteer service should be done t hrough organizations. |
