| Abstract: | The key to the study and implementation of the essential points of the 17th Party Congress lies in understanding its spiritual essence and basic requirements.The understanding of the spiritual essence and basic requirements of the 17th Party Congress is embodied in the following aspects:deep understanding of the great historical progress and valuable experience in the process of reform and opening-up;deep understanding of the scientific connotation,spiritual essence and basic requirements of scientific view of development;deep understanding of the new requirements for realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all round way;deep understanding of promoting the Party development in the sprit of reform and innovation. |
