| 摘 要： | 双语教学是在经济全球化以及中国进一步改革开放背景下中国教育体制改革的重大举措之一。基于国内各地经济和社会发展不平衡的事实,如何在教育资源稀缺的经济欠发达地区的一些高校灵活有效地开展双语教学,这个问题尤其值得关注。有鉴于此,本文从影响中、西部地区高校的双语教学三大主要环境系统的分析入手,探究在该地区灵活地开展双语教学的指导性原则以及基本思路。

| Abstract: | Bilingual teaching is one of important reforms to China's higher educational system under the background of economic globalization and China's further opening policy.Because of the reality of unbalanced development of economy and society in different parts of China,some efforts should especially be focused on the issue on how to undertake bilingual teaching flexibly and effectively in some universities in China's less developed regions where is suffering from educational resources shortage.Based on such a consideration,this paper analyzes three environmental systems that affect development of bilingual education in less-developed regions,and then puts forward some directional principles and outlines basic arrangement on how to develop bilingual teaching in these regions. |
