| 摘 要： | 随着现代工业文明的发展，全球环境遭受到严重的破坏，工业文明社会理念与发展方式已难以为继，我国作为一个负责任的社会主义大国，在此历史发展的关键时刻提出了建设生态文明。我国政府在新时期职能如何定位。是关系到生态文明建设能否成功的关键，也是当前我国政府亟待解决的重大问题之一。总的来说，政府在经济发展、完善政治机制、生态文化建设、环境治理等方面应充分发挥自身职能，以促进生态文明建设的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern industrial civilization, the ecological environment of the whole world encountered severe damage. The old idea and developing style of industrial civilization society can never go on. The government of China, as a big responsible socialism country, puts forward building socialism ecological civilization in such a crucial era. What the government should do and how to do, is a key knot to the success of the construction of socialism ecological civilization and it＇s also one of the most important thing that the government of China should deal with. In general, the government should give free rein to its function in such fields as the development of economy, the construction of ecological culture and political system, and environmental tackling so as to accelerate the development of building ecological civilization. |
