| 摘 要： | 从90年代开始,中国的农民向城市大规模的流动和迁移,形成了我国社会学意义上特定的称谓——民工潮。这股潮流从正反两方面影响着整个中国社会的变迁,从根本上改变着社会上长期存在的城乡二元经济结构,推动着城市乃至整个中国社会的经济体制改革,重组了社会经济结构,缩短了城乡差距,推动了中国的城市化和现代化的进程。其间,有一部分女性群体也加入了打工的潮流,成为这股潮流中的一朵“浪花”,但她们在社会行为过程中适应如何,合法权益受侵害的维权途径及政府的责任是什么,如何对她们的回流进行妥善安置,都是专业社会工作者必须关注的问题。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,Chinese farmers has been flowing and moving to the cities in a large scale,forming the special title-migrant workers which is from the sense of China's sociology.This tide has a positive and negative effect on the whole economy of China and the change of society.It is fundamentally changing the long-standing duality structure of the urban and rural economy.it is also promoting the reforming of economy system in the cities even in the whole society.The economy structure is reformed and the gap between cities and rural areas is shortened because of this.And this phenomenon improved the process of urbanization and modernization in China.Meanwhile, some female workers also joined the tide,becoming a spoondrift in the tide.However,how do they adapt themselves to the process?How can we protect their rights when their legal rights are harmed?What are the government's responsibilities?How can we settle them properly when they come back to their hometown?Those are the issues that the professional social worker are concerned with. |
