| Abstract: | The implementation of the scientific concept of higher education development is to insist on people orientation,coordinating the development of all types of education,coordinating urban and rural education and regional education and unifying the scale,structure and efficiency.The key to the sustainable development of higher education is popularization,and the one to popularization is structural adjustment,while the one to structural adjustment is to develop higher vocational and technical education in a more effective manner. |
