摘    要:高职语文教学效率不高,其主要原因在于学生在学习语文的过程中缺乏参与的热情,课堂教学缺乏情感型的师生关系,学生学习语文的热情没有充分地激发起来。改变高职语文教学现状,罗杰斯的知行合一思想给我们一些有益的启示,比如:建立情感型的师生关系;高职语文教学既注重认知,又注重情感;改变教学设计和教学组织形式;帮助学生建构自己的学习策略;建立内外结合的情感激励机制;创造充满生机和活力的课堂气氛;营造自由、平等的课堂氛围。

Abstract:The low efficiency of Chinese teaching is mainly attributed to students' lack of enthusiasm in learning and of emotional teacher-student-relationship in addition to students' interest not being fully stimulated.Roger's combination of cognition and affection offers us some useful enlightenments for the improvement of present Chinese teaching,such as placing more emphases on cognition and affection while teaching,changing the teachers' original teaching designs and organizations,helping students form their own learning strategy,cultivating emotional incentive mechanism and creating a free class atmosphere with vigor and vitality.
