航天诱变凤仙花SP3代光合生理研究

摘    要:对航天诱变凤仙花SP3代的10个植株(实验组)与没有经过航天诱变的6个植株(对照组)的净光合速率等9个指标进行测定研究,用SPSS分析表明:实验组和对照组中净光合速率与光照强度都呈极显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度都呈负相关;对两组植株的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素、可溶性糖含量进测定结果表明,实验组叶绿素增加极大,chla增加最显著,比对照增加了52.48%,而叶绿素b仅比对照组增加了5.01%,chla与chlb的比值相应增大,而其叶片中可溶性糖含量却比对照组极大减少。

Abstract:The photosynthesis and physiological traits of the SP3 generation of Impations balsamina grown in autumn induced by space flight have been compared with those grown in natural environment in this paper.9 phosynthetic indexes of the 10 target plants have been tested along with 6 natural individuals.all the data have been analyzed by SPSS and the finding is that the correlation is significant between the photosynthetic rate and the intensity of illumination,but the photosynthetic rate is negatively correlated with internal CO2 in both experimental group and control group.After the space flight treatment,the chlorophyll,especially the content of chlorophyll a increased by 52.48% and the content of chlorophyll b increased by 5.01% when compared with the control group.However,the content of soluble sugar decreased after the space flight treatment.The result suggests that the space flight treatment could influence Impations balsamina a lot,at least on the photosynthetic and physiological traits of SP3 generation.
