| 摘 要： | 学生体质健康标准是促进学生体质健康发展，激励学生积极进行身体锻炼的教育手段，是学生体质健康的个体评价标准。本文研究分析了健美专项学生的体质健康标准测试指标，并依据健美运动的特点，就健美专项教学如何进一步提高学生的体质健康标准提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Student's physique health standard is an educational means to promote student's physique development in a healthy way and encourage the students to do exercises actively, it is the individual evaluation criterion on the physique health. This paper researches and analyzes the physique healthy standard test index of the special student of fitness, based on the characteristics of body building, puts forward one's own view on how to improve the physique health standards of student by fitness teaching. |
