| 摘 要： | 通过台阶试验和中跑测验方案对高二学生心肺机能评价结果一致性的比较研究,为促进《标准》中体质评价体系发展完善提供参考数据和改进意见。研究结果显示:不论是男生,还是女生,受试同一时期分别完成台阶试验和1000m(男)、800m(女)测验,台阶试验的标准得分明显高于中跑测验的标准得分,台阶试验标准得分分布也与中跑测验标准得分分布明显不同。结论:台阶试验和中跑测验对高二学生心肺机能评价结果不一致。

| Abstract: | This study is to perfect the constitution assessing system in standard and provide reference data and advice on improvment,by comparing the result of cardiopulmonary performance assessment to aenior-high two students,using step test and middle distance race test programs.The result of this research shows:Both male and female should finish step test and 1 000 meters and 800 meters respectively in the same period.The standard point from step test is obviously higher than that from middle distance race test.The distributions of the points are obviously fidderent.The conclusion:inconformity in the result of cardiopulmonary performance assessment to senior-high-two students using step test and middle distance race test. |
