| 全国10 省市区贯彻“中央7 号文件”精神及实施意见的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 研究全国10地颁发的贯彻中央7号文件的实施意见及其结构和内容，认为其总体上是中央7号文件精神在地方的细化，总要求差别不大。但是，各地又针对具体情况提出了各自的要求和措施，详略程度不一。特别是在加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的目标任务，加强体育师资队伍建设，加大经费投入和设施建设，加强督导评估等方面要求各不相同。有些在部分条款上还突破了中央7号文件的框架。 |

| Abstract: | The comparison of local policies based on CCCPCps“Opinion on St rengthening J uvenile Sport s and Building up J uvenile Health”in 10 provinces in China showed that the general requirement s of these policies were almost the same. And there were further requirement s and measures according to the local conditions. Meanwhile ,there were different requirement s with regard to the objectives ,the const ruction of the team of P. E. teachers ,the funding of equipment s ,the supervision and the evaluation etc. |
