| 摘 要： | 艰苦奋斗是中华民族和中国共产党的优良传统.新的历史时期,艰苦奋斗精神的时代内涵在不断丰富完善.加强干部队伍建设,必须通过艰苦的思想改造、艰苦的工作实践、艰苦的作风磨练、艰苦的党性锻炼,才能建设一支政治觉悟高、业务能力强、思想作风实,能够担当重任、经得起风浪考验的干部队伍.

| Abstract: | Hard struggle is the fine tradition of the Chinese nation and the Chinese Communist Party, In the new historic period of times, the intension of the spirit of hard struggle is being enriched and perfected. If we want to strengthen the construction of the cadres, we should go through hard ideological remolding, hard working practice, hard tempering to the style and hard tempering to the Party spirit. Only in this way, can we establish a team of cadres, with high political consciousness, strong professional ability and solid ideological style, who can stand the test of many a storm and take on heary responsibilities. |
