| 摘 要： | 产业集群升级与现代物流存在相互促进的关系。三明市产业集群经济快速发展对物流产生了越来越强的需求，而其物流供给存在网络布局不合理、经营分散、社会化和组织化程度低、物流基础设施建设相对滞后、物流企业组织管理水平较低、物流信息化建设滞后、物流业从业人员总体素质偏低等问题。应构建包括物流政策、设施、技术、企业网络、智力的“现代物流五体系驱动模型”发展现代物流。促进产业集群升级。

| Abstract: | The upgrading of industry cluster and the modem logistics has the relationship of mutual improvement. The rapid economic growth produces more and more logistics demand in Sanming city. However, there are some problems in the logistics supply, such as： the layout of the logistics is not reasonable; the logistics enterprises operate business dispersedly; the level of socialization and systematization is low; the construction of logistics infrastructure and information lag behind; the management level of the logistics enterprise is low and the staff quality of logistics enterprise is low too. In order to develop modem logistics and promote the upgrading of industry, a model of the-five-systems should be established, including logistics policy, logistics infrastructure, logistics technology, logistics enterprise networks and intellect. |
