| 摘 要： | 相关研究表明。提高劳动力流动水平有助于加快城乡经济发展。劳动力流动水平的提升除了与宏观制度关系密切，也还需要从个人社会资本的层面进行改善，如社会资本存量的积累、社会资本质量的提高，以及相关平台的构建。不同类型的社会资本可能会导致不同的结果，其效应还会通过人际之间的相互依赖而放大。因此，全面分析社会资本对于劳动力流动的影响．对于全面实现城乡经济的均衡发展、加快中国城市化进程具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Related Research shows that increasing the level of labor migration is beneficial to the economic growth of urban and rural areas. Moreover, labor migration is not only related to macro factors, but also needed to improve individual social capital, such as the accumulation of the stock of social capital, the improvement of its quality and the construction of related platform. Different types of social capital may lead to different results, and the effects will be maximized through the effects of interpersonal dependence. Therefore, it will be of vital importance to analyze the influence of social capital for labor flow comprehensively in order to realize stable growth in both urban and rural areas. |
