| 摘 要： | 近年来,因大学生、研究生甚至博士生自杀,引发的起诉高校的赔偿案件逐年上升。学生自杀而引发的纠纷受到社会的过分关注,影响已经超出学校范围,演变为一个社会问题;不仅给学生、家长和家庭带来不幸和痛苦,而且给教师、学校和教育行政部门造成了管理上的困惑和不安,也制约了学校的可持续发展。如何积极预防、妥善处理学生自杀也就成为学校的法律事务中的一个最重要的问题,也是学校发展过程中必须认真对待和亟待解决的问题。
