| 摘 要： | 动画片的美术设计不是纯粹形式要素,它其中蕴含着价值塑造功能。当前中国动画片的美术设计在欧美和日本动画强势影响下,表现出一定程度的式微：中国元素淡漠、原创意识缺乏及工业复制时代的媚俗。提倡动画片美术的原创性正是对动画美术价值塑造功能的挖掘和重视。

| Abstract: | The fine arts designing of animation does not simply count on formal elements but shall concentrate on disclosing the value of designing. Strongly influenced by European, American and Japanese fine arts designing, the Chinese animation designing has slipped into some fixed models： lack of Chinese elements, lack of originality and displaying vulgar industrial duplication. The originality in cartoon designing is exactly the value digging of fine arts animation designing. |
