| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高校学生教育管理工作中的重要组成部分,学风状况直接影响着高校人才培养的质量。在新生中加强学风建设具有重要意义,目前新生中还存在的一些不良学风现象及其产生的原因,要通过思想教育、提高学生认识,加强教风建设等措施来加强学风建设。

| Abstract: | Construction of study atmosphere stands as one of most important component of education and management in colleges and universities,the state of study atmosphere exerts a direct influence on the cultivation of talents in college education.Therefore,it is very significant to put much emphasis on the construction of study atmosphere among college freshmen.However,some ill phenomena concerning on study atmosphere still exist among college freshman.Therefore,careful analyses on the causing factors behind those phenomena are needed.Some measures such as ideological and political education,improving professional ethics among teachers etc should be adopted. |
