《医学统计学》慕课教学质量评价与影响因素分析

摘    要:目的:了解临床医学及相关专业医学生《医学统计学》慕课教学质量评价,为线上线下配合教学和提高教学效果提供数据支持和策略建议。方法:目前,南京医科大学生物统计学系全体教师和部分研究生初步构成课堂教学和网络教学的团队。在此基础上,本研究采用问卷调查的方式,随机抽取200名南京医科大学2015和2016级临床医学及其相关医学专业本科生为调查对象,调查内容包括教学评价、教学过程、导航设计和课程内容设计4个方面。结果:通过本次调查研究,我们发现课堂讨论(P=0.000)、教学互动满意程度(P=0.001)、知识点讲解(P=0.050)、教学互动的有无(P=0.007)和教学目标是否明确(P=0.000),对于是否切实提高教学效果有统计学意义。结论:医学本科生充分意识到统计学在以后临床和科研中的重要作用和实用性,基本可以利用公开的网络资源进行学习,但目前的网络资源质量仍有待提高。1]

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the teaching quality of medical statistics of the undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine can provide data support and suggestions of online-offline teaching and improvement of teaching efficiency.Method:Recently,all faculties in Department of Biostatistics of Nanjing Medical University and graduated students consists of an Internet teaching team.We randomly sampled 200 sophomore and junior students to answer questionnaires about teaching evaluation,teaching process,website design and course content.Result:In the study,we detect the discussion (P=0.000),satisfaction of interaction between mentors and students (P=0.001),explanation of knowledge point (P=0.050),teaching aims (P=0.007) and interaction between mentors and students (P=0.000) are significantly associated to the improvement of teaching effect.Conclusion:Graduate students are fully aware of the importance and practicability of medical statistics in the clinical research and mainly capable learning by the resource on the Internet,however,the quality of online course should be further improved.
