摘    要:"一带一路"倡议的实施不仅推动我国社会经济的发展,也是我国高等教育创新化发展的催化剂,促进人才需求向着创新型、拔尖型、复合型发展。本文针对国内外拔尖创新人才模式研究现状,结合通信工程专业下拔尖创新人才培养模式存在的问题,从拔尖创新人才成长与培养的理论研究、构成体系架构理论研究和以特色科研平台培养拔尖创新人才三个方面改善和优化拔尖创新人才培养模式。

Abstract:The implementation of the "the Belt and Road" strategy not only promotes the development of China's social economy,but also serves as a catalyst for the development of China's higher education innovation.It also promotes the development of talented people toward innovative,top-notch and compound development.This paper aims at the research status of top-notch innovative talent models at home and abroad,combines the problems in the training mode of top-notch innovative talents in the field of communications engineering,and studies theoretical research on the growth and cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,researches on the formation of system architectures,and the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents with characteristic scientific research platforms.Three aspects to improve and optimize top-notch innovative personnel training model.
