| 摘 要： | 以和谐为特质的中华文化是中华民族凝聚力的思想基础和源泉。和谐文化通过促进国家统一、民族团结、民族认同,增进民族自豪感,维系海内外华人的民族情,而起到中华民族精神纽带的作用。面对全球化背景下中国社会的深刻变革,增进中华民族凝聚力,必须坚持和谐理念:用和谐理念正确处理中华文化与各种地域文化发展的关系;用和谐态度正确对待外域文化;法治文化与和谐文化相融合。在中国和世界范围内,使中华文化的核心价值——和谐得以延伸,是我们光荣的历史使命。
