All sorts of things can and do go wrong： your materials aren＇t delivered, the weather turns on you; your workers get sick. You really don＇t know what to expect until you＇ve rolled up your sleeves and dug into the job. Even the most straightforward project, I tell people, has the capacity to trip you up. There＇s an old expression： ＂Men plan, God laughs.＂ That sure feels true sometimes in construction Work. |
