| 摘 要： | 高职院校酒店管理专业在实践教学中遇到了一些具有普遍性的问题,如学生心态与思想问题,情商低的问题,教学与实践脱节问题,体能及管理制度滞后问题等,本文提出如何解决这些问题的一些措施。
