| 摘 要： | 苏俄"新经济政策"时期兴起的新兴阶层"耐普曼",在当时的苏俄就引起了激烈的争议,这种争议的实质是"新经济政策"的本质问题和苏联社会主义建设的道路问题。伴随着"新经济政策"的终止,"耐普曼"阶层最终消亡。"耐普曼"消亡以后,苏联社会主义模式逐步定型,苏联社会对资本主义与社会主义相互关系的认识、对社会主义所有制的认识逐步固化和僵化,苏联的社会阶级、阶层关系也逐步固化和僵化。

| Abstract: | The new strata нэпман were originated in the period of ＂new economic policy＂ in Soviet Union, which aroused drastic debate during their existing. The actual problem of this debate is the essence of ＂new economic policy＂ and the road of the construction of soviet socialism. нэпман were died out as well as the end of ＂new economic policy＂ in USSR, and the mode of the soviet socialism is gradually finalized. After the death, the view of the interrelationship between socialism and capitalism, of the socialist ownership, is gradually fixed and ossified in the soviet society, so is the soviet class relations. |
