| 摘 要： | 21世纪以数字化网络为代表的现代信息环境为高校情报工作的发展带来了良好的机遇和挑战。这就迫使我们必须重新审视和定位高校资料室情报信息工作的服务职能，探索网络环境下高校资料室改革新思路，重视网络技术在信息服务与信息资源建设中的开发与应用，主动适应高等教育改革和发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The new technological revolution, especially the information technological revolution, has been influencing all the fields of the society in the twenty-first century. The modem information environment based on the digital network not only gives a great chance to develop information activities for the colleges and universities, but also impacts the traditional model of the information activities tempestuously. What we maintained above makes us to redefine service function of the Information service on the Reference Room in Colleges and Universities, to explode the reforming ways of Information center in the environment of network, and to exploit and make use of the resources of the literature. We will be seasoned with the needs of the reforming and developing of high education by making use of network and affording diversiform services on information. |
