| 摘 要： | 运用实验法、问卷法、抽样调查法对武汉科技大学390名在校大学生的体质状况和体育锻炼情况进行了调查。结果显示:大学生整体体质正常,近一半大学生有良好的锻炼习惯,21%的大学生很少锻炼,对提高大学生体质水平提出了建议。

| Abstract: | By the methods of experimental, questionnaire, sampling survey to investigate 390 students＇ physical condition and physical exercise in Wuhan University of Science and Technology. The result shows that college students＇ physique are normal, nearly half of college students have good exercise habits, 21% of students are seldom exercise. Finally, the research puts forward some suggestions for improving health level of college students. |
