| 摘 要： | 上海远程教育集团从学习型社会建设和学习者学习需求入手,结合上海终身教育实践,以"十网一库"为基础,着力整合打造了上海市民数字化终身学习系统。该系统是一个整合的生态化学习环境,以终身教育资源库为基础,采用互联网、双向卫星、IPTV、数字电视、移动学习等五种模式,建设十大专题网站,在终身教育和党员远程教育中产生了一系列典型应用案例。

| Abstract: | Shanghai Digital Lifelong Learning System is constructed to meet the requirements of learning society and learner’s learning needs,incorporated with the practice of lifelong learning in Shanghai,and based on "ten websites and one resource center".It is an integrated ecological learning environment which has constructed five learning models to transmit learning resources and service,including Internet,the two-way satellite,IPTV,digital TV and mobile learning.This system has brought a series of specific application cases in digital lifelong education and Party member’s distance education. |
