| 摘 要： | 知识组织是指把知识客体中的知识因子和知识关联表示出来 ,以便人们识别和了解知识 ,即知识的有序化。知识组织充分体现了图书馆的基本职能和社会职能 ;知识组织是知识经济时代图书馆生存和发展的需要 ;图书馆具有知识组织的传统和优势。知识组织包括文献资料分类、目录组织工作、书目情报工作 ,在图书馆文献资源建设的基本内容与环节中 ,知识组织属于关键因素 ,处于关节点地位 ,做好知识组织工作 ,会促进知识流通 ,发挥知识效用 ,使知识流形成良性循环 ,使知识在传播上更快速、更广泛 ,为读者获取知识提供更加有效的服务。

| Abstract: | Knowledge Organization refers that the knowledge of knowledge objects would be shown by knowledge factor and knowledge relation, it is the systematication of knowledge, inorder to wake it easier for people to distingwish and understand the knowledge. Knowledge Organization indeedly reflects the society function and basic function of library, and reflects the needs of library survive and derelopment in Knowledge Economy Times, because the library has the ability of translating kowledge. Knowledge Organization includes the classification of information, organization of index, information work of index, etc. It is the key job in the process of library information work. It can promote the knowledge circulation, give full play to knowledge effectiveness, and make the knowledge exchange a fine eirculation, meanwhile, it make the knowledge exchange more rapid and spread, providing more efficient service to the people. |
