| Abstract: | Patent is considered the source of technological innovation.It is important for competitive intelligence study to effectively extract valuable information from patents to judge the development trend and the changes in technical constitution and core technology of an industry and to research the technology environment,the main competitors and development strat-egy.Together with the method of theoretical and positive analysis,the paper establishes a comparative evaluation method to study the regional technical constitution and R&D capability in China based on statistical analysis of Chinese patent.And taking molybdenum industry as an example,the paper analyzes the regional differences relating to the technical constitu-tions,represents the R&D capability of the main institutions,the technical development trend and the core technology of China molybdenum industry for the purpose to provide a reference for a strategic decision making. |
