| 摘 要： | 传统科技创新是区域经济增长的主要动力。从全新视角,首次采用直接评价法结合面板数据,对我国31个省级行政区域(不含港澳台地区)时间序列的科技创新竞争力进行评价研究,客观地反映2004—2013年各省域科技创新竞争力的得分、排名及10年来的演变过程,并进一步分析相关因素对省域科技创新竞争力当期及滞后期的影响。从理论上对科技创新竞争力评价提出新的思路;实践上为地区科技创新竞争力决策提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Study on Competitiveness an Its Acting Factors of Provincial Science, Technology and Innovation Evaluation Based on Direct Evaluation Approach |

| Abstract: | Science,technology and innovation (STI) is considered the driver of the growth of regional economy. The paper, from a new perspective for the first time, takes the direct evaluation method with the panel data of 31 provinces (municipality, autonomous region) in China to evaluate the CSTI, which objectively reflects the provincial competitiveness score ranking and evolution trend of CSTI from 2004to 2013 as well as the current and lag period effect of related factors to the provincial science and technology innovation competitiveness. This paper plays a corresponding role on the theory of academic research and the practice decisions for the CSTI of provinces (municipality, autonomous region). |
