| 摘 要： | 以江苏省大中型工业企业研发机构为研究对象,从行业角度出发,分析企业研发机构的建设和投入情况;在此基础上,构建基于行业视角的大中型工业企业研发机构创新效率评价体系,并结合静态和动态DEA模型对大中型工业企业研发机构的创新效率进行综合评价。

| Abstract: | Taking the R&D institutions of large and medium industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province as the research ob-ject,this paper has analyzed the construction and investment of the enterprise R&D institutions from the point of indus-try.On this basis,this paper establishes an evaluation system of the innovation efficiency of R&D institutions of large and mediumin dustrial enterprises from the perspective of industry,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the innovation efficiency by the static and dynamic DEA model. |
