| 摘 要： | 基于陕西省3家不同行业背景企业的深度访谈,通过多案例研究方法对企业技术交易成效的关键影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明:技术交易相关法律政策环境、技术满足市场需求程度、技术供需双方沟通协调程度和技术需求方消化吸收能力是影响企业技术交易成效的关键因素。在此基础上,提出企业技术交易成效关键影响因素的鱼骨模型,明晰企业在进行技术交易时应重点考虑的影响因素及影响路径。

Key factors affecting the results of technology transfer in enterprises on the basis of multiple case study |

| Abstract: | Based on three typical cases of technology transfer of enterprises under the background of three different kinds of industries in Shaanxi province, key factors affecting the results of technology transfer of the enterprise are studied through the method of multiple case study. The results show that legal policy environment, the extent of market demand that technology meets, communication of the two sides and technical ability of the demand side are the key factors that affect the results of technology transfer. On this basis, the fishbone model of factors affecting the technology transfer of enterprises is put forward, factors that should be mainly considered in technology transfer of the enterprises and their influence paths are stated. |
