| 摘 要： | 解析基于异质性要素匹配的企业合作创新作用机理,强调合作中实现不同合作伙伴之间的异质性资源互补、异质性能力兼容和异质性行为契合对提升创新绩效的重要意义;利用浙江省温州、台州地区制造业企业的调研数据,研究实现上述匹配原理的影响因素和约束条件。研究显示:合作前信息的搜寻、潜在合作对象的选择管理、合作中的技术吸收与学习能力提升激励以及不同能力对接、合作中关系治理与契约管理等都很重要,能够减少合作中的信息不对称,约束投机性行为,提高合作中的协同效应和合作绩效。

The Research of Cooperative Innovation Affecting Mechanism Based on Heterogeneous Elements Matching |

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the cooperative innovation mechanism based on heterogeneous elements matching. It highlighted the importance of the complementarity of heterogeneous resources, the compatible of heterogeneous capability and the coordinated of heterogeneous activeness to enhance innovation performance. It use the firm survey data of cooperative innovation in Wenzhou, Taizhou to analyze the matching characteristics and existing problems. The study shows that searching for information before cooperation, potential partner selection management, the incentives of technical enhancing and different abilities matching, cooperation relationship governance and contract management all are important, which can reduce the information asymmetry, constraint speculative behavior and improve collaboration effects and cooperation performance. |
