基于PNN的企业R&D人员的胜任力评价模型研究

摘    要:为了能快速正确地斟辨出企业的RD人才,提出基于PNN的企业RD人员的胜任力评价模型。该模型以事件访谈的方式构造企业RD人员的胜任力评价体系,以东莞某电子公司为研究样本,以训练时间短,不易陷入局部极小值并且基于贝叶斯最小风险准则等优点的PNN为手段,构建胜任力评价模型且提供整个构造过程,最后将该模型应用于实践。实验表明,该方法有效。

The Study on Enterprise R & D Personnel Competency.Evaluation Based on PNN Model
Abstract:In order to fast correctly identify the enterprise R&D talent,the paper puts forward the enterprise R&D person-nel competency evaluation model based on PNN.The model builds enterprise R&D personnel competency assessment system by event interviews,takes an electronic company in Dongguan as the research sample,uses PNN as means which has some strengths,such as short training time,not easy to generate local minimum and based on Bayes minimize risk criterion, builds competency evaluation and gives the construction process.Finally,the paper applies the model into practice,and the result shows that the method.is effective.
