| 摘 要： | 政府通过科学设计和选择政策工具,对光伏产业发展具有重要意义。根据构建光伏产业政策二维分析框架,从政策工具维度与产业活动类型维度分析2011年以来我国政府发布的国家层面的光伏产业政策,总结光伏产业政策工具存在的问题,并提出我国光伏产业政策相应的完善策略。

Analysis and Improvement Strategies of Photovoltaic Industry Policies in China |

| Abstract: | It has great significance to the development of photovoltaic industry through the scientific design and selection of policy tools. According to the two-dimensional analysis framework of photovoltaic industry policy, we analysis the national photovoltaic industry policies from policy tool dimensions and dimensions of the type of industrial activity since 2011,summarize the problems in photovoltaic industry policy tools and propose appropriate improvement strategics. |
