| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of policies and regulations environment theory of technological entrepreneurship,combing Ningbo technological entrepreneurial policies and regulations,according to the outstanding issues in Ningbo technological entrepreneurial policies and regulations system,the paper puts forward the optimization of Ningbo technological entrepre-neurial policies and regulations environment construction. |
