| 摘 要： | 我国企业所面临的竞争环境正在发生重大变化，这种变化将不断深入并最终导致许多竞争格局的重新调整。在这个变化过程中，企业能力成为新的竞争要素。企业能力形成与战略管理过程是相互匹配的，把二结合起来能够帮助企业建立基于能力的竞争优势。这种管理思路对于转型过程中的国有大中型企业具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The competitive environment of China's enterprises is taking place a great change, which will be more deepen in the future and lead to re-adjustments of competitive status in many industries. In this changing process, enterprises' capabilities has been a core factor of competition. It's inter-matched between capabilities formulation and strategic management processes, the combination of these two processes will help enterprises to build their capabilities-based competitive advantages. This management idea is very useful for the mid-large stated-owned companies which are in transforming processes. |
