反思性教学--教师教育发展的新途径

摘    要:反思教学是指一种回忆、思考、评价教学经验的活动或过程 ,是对过去经验的反馈。反思性教学有四个特性 :以解决教学问题为基本点 ,具有较强的创新性 ;以追求教学实践合理性为动力 ;强调两个“学会” ,是全面发展教师的过程 ;以增强教师的“道德感”为突破口。教师对教学经验的反思可分为四个环节 :确定内容 ,观察分析 ,重新概括 ,实际验证。

Abstract:In recent years, teacher education has changed its focus from a concern on what to teach and how to teach in terms of contents and methodology to teachers' professional development. Reflective teaching has become the core focus in the field of teacher education. This paper, by introducing and discussing the concept and characteristic of reflective teaching, It then discusses the approaches and process of reflective teaching, that is how to put it into practical teaching.
