| 摘 要： | 语言是思想的表达工具,而修辞是语言的使用,是言语表达的艺术,修辞手段被看作是"语言的装饰"。修辞格在英汉语言中均有相当普遍的运用,主要表现在三个方面:词义、句子结构和音韵。文章主要对句子结构类修辞格,英语Antithesis与汉语对偶进行比较,主要从定义、语义关系和句法结构三个方面分析它们的异同。

| Abstract: | Language is a tool of expressing thoughts while rhetoric, taken as “decorations of language”, makes it artistic. Figure of speech is widely used in both English and Chinese,which is realized with semantic meanings, sentence strnctures and rhymes. The sentence patterns of antithesis in English and Chinese are compared concerning definition, semantic relation and structure. |
